Collaboration with AL JURAID and CBRE
AL JURAID GROUP signed an MoU with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), a global leader in real estate and facilities management, during the hashtagPIF_PrivateSectorForum to explore collaboration in workspace solutions and facilities management across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The collaboration will focus on digital and innovative FM service delivery, sustainable lifecycle asset management, and localized workforce development.
وقّعت مجموعة الجريِّد مذكرة تفاهم مع CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) ، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في قطاع العقارات وإدارة المرافق، وذلك خلال منتدى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة للقطاع الخاص، لاستكشاف فرص التعاون في حلول بيئات العمل وخدمات إدارة المرافق في المملكة العربية السعودية.
ويركّز هذا التعاون على تطوير خدمات إدارة المرافق الرقمية والمبتكرة، وتعزيز الاستدامة وإدارة الأصول على مدار دورة حياتها، إلى جانب تنمية الكفاءات الوطنية وبرامج التدريب المحلية.
